About us
Who are we?
Biddo Woodworking was created by our lead, Jake, in 2018. We started as a small, single-man operation building custom tables out of a small shop. Through this solo work, Jake learned the basics of woodworking. From there, Jake started working alongside his uncle in a local cabinet shop. This is where his passion for cabinets truly began. After gaining experience in this position, Jake decided to revisit Biddo Woodworking from a cabinetry standpoint. Jake is still running a single-man, local shop where he carefully crafts all of the cabinets he makes.
Our name, “Biddo,” originates from a childhood nickname given to Jake. Our dream is to create a family-owned and operated business, which we wanted our name to reflect. This subtle nod to our family recognizes the effort they’ve put into creating and supporting Biddo Woodworking and the dream to pass our passion down to future generations.

Aside from cabinetry, Jake has also tackled some major remodeling projects! In 2020, Jake and his mom bought and renovated a home for the TV show, “First Time Fixers,” on Magnolia Network. This show highlights the skill set Jake has when it comes to design and remodeling, as well as the passion he has for his work. We’d love if you checked it out!
